Recently, KCM Solutions was working with a multi-billion dollar Reseller with operations all over North America. The customer was interested in growing their nearly non-existent IBM business sales, but could not figure out how. Their reps were very comfortable selling Microsoft Software, making educating and convincing them to also go after IBM Software a challenge.

How We Solved The Problem

We used our model of integration to integrate our team with their team. We have placed two experts in their office [Canada and US] on a full time basis. We also formed a team with our two SMEs to help further support their efforts.
